As the exterior construction progresses and the trees turn greener in early summer, the dome house is becoming more beautiful and more blended into the landscape.

外構工事も進み、また初夏の緑も深まってきた中、ドームハウスがより美しく景気に溶け込んできました。
工事中とは全く異なるたたずまいですね。

木造ドームハウスの構造設計。
一般的に手に入るツーバイ材、SPF材 2x8 でフレームを作った際の構造計算結果です。
雪が多い地域を仮定し、2m強の積雪量にて計算してみました。
１枚目のシミュレーション画像にて、ドーム下の壁が斜めに倒れるように崩壊してしまっているのがわかります。

色分けは、赤が危険で壊れてしまうという意味。
黄色は注意、水色は周りよりも大きな力が掛かっているが大丈夫。
青は安全を示しています。
材を太くしたり、成を大きくしたりして、全てが安全な青色になるように、構造計算シミュレーションを繰り返しながら、各材の断面サイズを決めていきます。

This restaurant is an oyster bar.
Because of its unusual appearance, it became famous in the neighborhood while it was under construction, so much so that it had customers even before it opened.
There were also several media interviews.
It's a good thing to do a restaurant.

直径7M弱
小さなドームハウスは、レストランやカフェ、整体や美容院、個人の夢を後押ししてくれます。
ちなみに、このお店はオイスターバー。
珍しい外観の為、建設中から話題になり、オープン前からお客さんが付いた程。
メディアの取材も何度かありました。
お店をするには良いことですよね。

黒い屋根に、黒い壁、漆喰の白が美しい。
烏城（カラス城）こと、松本城をカラーリングのモチーフにしたドームハウスです。
黒い外壁にしたことにより、低く安定した感じを受け、立面デザインとしてはとても効果的でした。

ドームハウスに入ったお客さんは、5人でも10人でも20人でも、皆そろって上を向きます。

見学会でも吹き抜けの天井を見上げて、上を向いたまま私たちの話を聞いたり、各々会話を楽しんだり、上の方の写真を撮ったりするんですね。

1人残らず100％の人が上を見上げ続ける。

これ、ドームハウスの半球体の天井を見上げているわけですが、初めて体験する不思議な空間だから、美しい天井だから、三角を組み合わせて球体を作っているのが不思議だから、天井からの圧迫感を感じないから、と理由はさまざまなのでしょうが、人それぞれ何かを考えながら上をじっと見上げてしまうんですね。

四角い普通の家で、ドームと同じ高さの吹き抜け空間があったとしても、じっと上を見上げ続けるというような行為は、人はあまりしません。

すごいシャンデリアあるとか、天井画が描いてあるとかでない限り、理由もなく上を見続けることはしません。

見上げることはあっても、ちらっとみる程度です。

それがドームハウスだと、ずっと見上げている。

それで何が起こるかというのが、面白いといいますか、興味深いのですが、人は上を向くとポジティブになれるんですね。

これ、昔お客さんだったドクターから教えてもらったのですが、医学的に証明できるものなんだそうです。

上を向くと、首、のど、肩、胸が広がります。

自分でやってみると、あーなるほど、と分かるのですが、ぐっと胸が広がって、ラジオ体操の深呼吸の時のように、肺も同時に開くんですね。

そうするとより多くの空気が肺に入ってくることにつながる。

要は深呼吸をしているのと同じ深い呼吸運動をしている感じになります。

たくさんの酸素を取り込めば、人は自然と気分も良くなります。

みなさん、「空気が違いますね～　壁や天井に珪藻土や漆喰、無垢材をふんだんに使っているからなんですよね～」と話をされるのですが、それもありますが、それ以上にご自身がより多くの酸素を取り込んでいるからなんじゃないかと思うんですね。

誰もが同じように感じる「深呼吸してリラックスして、いい気分になっている」ということなんじゃないかと思うんです。

実際、上を向くというだけの行為であっても、人間、心理的な効果が働いているわけで、普通、上を向いて陰口・悪口を言う人っていませんよね。

悪口は必ず下を向いてゴニョゴニョと、「チッ、まったく…」とつく。
逆に上を向いていると、自然と笑顔にさえなります。
大笑いをする時は、みんな上を向いてしまうじゃないですか。

人が自然と健康になる姿勢をとり続けてしまうのが、ドームハウスなんですね。

ドーム初体験の人はもちろん、もう10年以上ドームハウスに住んでいる私でさえも、吹き抜けリビングのソファーに座ると、いまだに上のドーム天井を見上げてしまいますから。

人を気持ち良くさせてしまうのがドームハウスのマジックです。
見学会やセミナーでは、お客さんが気持ちが良すぎて眠くなってしまう、っていうのがちょっと問題なのですが、、、😊

How to maintain the value of your home over a long span of time

The ventilation method refers to a system that allows air to pass through the "exterior walls" of a building.
This method is particularly important in environments with large temperature differences.
For example, in cold climates, where the outside temperature is minus 10°C and the inside temperature is plus 20°C or higher, the temperature difference is 30°C or higher.
The situation is similar to that of a refrigerator.
In summer, when there is direct sunlight, the temperature difference is even more intense.
Since most dome houses are roofed, the way the roof surface is built has a significant impact on the entire house as it is.

In such a harsh environment, the "ventilation method" is very important.
One of the reasons for this is that it controls humidity inside the walls and roof.
If there is no ventilation layer, moist air gets trapped inside the insulation, leading to "condensation".

The ventilation method extends the life of the house, curbs maintenance costs, and improves energy efficiency, thereby reducing long-term running costs.
Especially in the case of a dome house with a large atrium space, considering its heating and cooling efficiency is one of the most important design elements.

Other Advantages
Heat-reflecting aluminum membrane applied between the double roofs.
This aluminum membrane keeps heat inside from escaping and reflects cold air and heat from the outside to stabilize the thermal environment inside the dome.
At the same time, it also helps to create a house that shuts out even electromagnetic waves from the outside.
